Stolen Girl

PLOT

Maureen Dabbagh (Kate Beckinsale) is the mother of a six-year-old girl, kidnapped by her ex-husband and taken to the Middle East. After more than ten years of silence and desperate searching, Maureen teams up with a former Marine (Scott Eastwood) and transforms her grief into a mission in the alleys of Beirut, where she will be forced to face the most unexpected reality.

The film is based on a true story, and the international production chose Puglia to recreate several foreign locations. Filming took place between Bari (in the Loseto, San Pasquale, and Palese neighborhoods), Molfetta, and Martina Franca. The transformation of Taranto is of great visual impact, where the Palazzo del Governo doubled as Tirana and the Old Town became the perfect set to recreate the streets of Beirut.
