Dinamo Film is looking for a Videomaker and Video Editor to support the production of audiovisual projects.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in editing short films, commercial spots, or documentaries.

• Technical Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in primary professional editing platforms such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro for high-complexity workflows.

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong attention to visual composition and contemporary cinematic aesthetics.

• Workflow Management: Proven experience in independently managing complex post-production workflows, from file ingestion to final delivery.

• Videomaking: Prior hands-on experience in video production/videomaking.

• Storytelling: Strong visual storytelling skills and sensitivity to narrative dynamics.

• Problem Solving: Technical problem-solving mindset.

• Collaboration: Proactive collaborative attitude and openness to continuous feedback during review processes.

• Organizational Skills: High organizational ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining neat, standardized digital archives following company guidelines.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the full post-production cycle and media asset management:

• Offline and Online Editing: Assembling footage from multiple cameras and formats, ensuring narrative fluidity and rhythm.

• Color Grading: Performing advanced color correction and color grading to match the visual look and feel requested by the creative direction.

• Videomaking & On-Set Operations: Capturing footage for events and/or behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for TV commercials, branded content, feature films, and documentaries.

The figure will be placed in support of the accounting – and secretarial area, in particular he/she will have to work together with the administrative manager for the following activities:

• Document archiving
• Support for secretarial management
• Support for the preparation of tax documentation and regional/ministerial reports
• Supplier management

Requirements

• Secondary school education in economic-administrative-financial disciplines
• At least 12 months of experience in accounting and administration
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, in particular Excel
• Good English language skills
• Accuracy, flexibility, proactivity
• Excellent ability to work in a team and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with reporting to public bodies and familiarity with accounting software preferred
