The figure will be placed in support of the accounting – and secretarial area, in particular he/she will have to work together with the administrative manager for the following activities:

• Document archiving
• Support for secretarial management
• Support for the preparation of tax documentation and regional/ministerial reports
• Supplier management

Requirements

• Secondary school education in economic-administrative-financial disciplines
• At least 12 months of experience in accounting and administration
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, in particular Excel
• Good English language skills
• Accuracy, flexibility, proactivity
• Excellent ability to work in a team and manage deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with reporting to public bodies and familiarity with accounting software preferred
