PLOT
A remake of Adam’s Apples, a 2005 Danish movie directed by Anders Thomas Jensen. Ivan is a priest with a strong faith in God and Man. However, his beliefs will be put to a test after the arrival of Adamo, a neofascist appointed to his rehab community. The preparation of an apple strudel will bring about a tense power struggle between a positive and a negative vision of the world , all witnessed by the bemused gaze of the other members of the community: the alcoholic skier Gustave, the complicated Sara and the former terrorist, Khalid. Annsemble cast in a bittersweet comedy that ponders the unique human need to never give up hope, no matter what.
