It’s the first commercial by Rimborso al volo (Refund on the go), a website that deals with refunds for poor service on flights. A mother and her child are filmed at feeding time, where the mother imitates an airplane with her spoon. As often happens with real planes, this spoon never seems to arrive. How can we alleviate this stress?
