Dinamo Film at Bif&st 2025: National Premiere of the Documentary, The Touring Band, and World Premiere of the Short Film Nonna Rivoltella

The documentary The Touring Band, directed by Daniele Cini, and the short film Lady Revolver, directed by Mario Bucci, have been officially selected for Bif&st 2025. Both films, produced by Dinamo Film with the support of the Apulia Film Fund from the Apulia Film Commission Foundation, will have their national premieres, offering a critical and in-depth perspective on relevant contemporary social issues. The documentary The Touring Band tells the extraordinary story of Cesare Dell’Anna, an eclectic and rebellious musician born in the heart of Salento to a family deeply rooted in music. With determination, he transformed his family’s musical heritage into his life’s passion, pushing the boundaries of musical styles. The documentary screening, part of the A Sud section, is scheduled for March 25 at 20:30 at AncheCinema in Bari, followed by a Q&A with director Daniele Cini, Cesare Dell’Anna, and producer Ivan D’Ambrosio, moderated by Luigi Abiusi. At 22:00, Cesare Dell’Anna will perform live.

The short film Lady Revolver explores the impact of misinformation in the digital era with an ironic and provocative style, addressing themes of media manipulation and the dangers of online radicalization. The screening is part of the Sarò Breve section and will take place at Multicinema Galleria, Hall 6, in Bari on March 22 at 9:30.
