Behind the Camera with Dinamo Film at Didacta Italia
Behind the Camera with Dinamo Film – The school-to-work alternation program in the world of the film industry in Apulia is the event aimed at the film industry professions that will be held on Thursday 17 October, at 12:30 p.m., at Didacta Italia – Puglia Edition, the national trade fair event dedicated to the world of schools, universities and science research.
This is an important training opportunity at the invitation of the Santarella-De Lilla Institute of Bari to understand the creative and technical process behind the making of a film, to get to know the professions in the film industry, confirming Dinamo Film’s commitment to enhancing the territory and young Apulian talents. Participation in this event, which will be held at the Nuova Fiera del Levante in Bari, confirms the film production company’s interest in collaborating with the academic world and with students, through the school-to-work alternation program, making it possible to fulfil the dream of making films in Apulia, where the audiovisual market offers high-level professional figures.
During the event, Dinamo Film’s projects involving students will be shown, such as The First Rule (La Prima Regola), a film shot in a school in Bari, which involved 5 professors and 100 students from 2 schools working on the set in the school-to-work alternation program (PCTO) for 24 days of filming.
The miniseries Postquam, realised in collaboration with the Santarella-De Lilla Institute and 4 other middle schools, which in addition to the direct involvement of 150 students in the school-to-work alternation in the concept and production phase also saw them in the role of actors. This project has already enabled 5 students to start their professional career in the film industry. A sequel to Postquam is soon to be produced, as the project won the CIPS Call for Action, Visions Out of Place 2024-2025.
